Equine Mind Coach collects your information in order better your experience when communicating with you via email.  We do this by recording some of your selections, and then emailing you appropriate content related to those choices. This can look like opting in for a specific free training download, noting products you have bought or, through clicks on emails we send you, noting some blog posts or episodes you have selected to view.  We then use this information to more tailor the communication you receive from us, to your specific needs.  These communications may also sometimes include emails about products or services as related to your choices.   

If you do not wish to receive our newsletters, you can simply unsubscribe, at the bottom of each email, anytime you wish. If you ever have trouble unsubscribing, or are unsure of how to do so, simply send an email and we will do it for you.

Equine Mind Coach will never sell, rent or lease any of your information collected, whether automatically or through your voluntary action.  The only exception is if we are legally compelled to do so.  This can be due to the law requiring it for the protection of our legal rights, or if we are compelled to do so by a court or governmental entity.

We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries and service providers for the purpose of providing our services to you.

What Data Do We Collect?

Alternative Account Facebook Login
You will have the option to connect your Facebook account to the Equine Mind Coach Facebook Members Only account, which gives you the option to login to our Sites with your Facebook credentials. If you choose to do so, we will ask permission to access basic information from that account, like your name, profile picture, and friend list. You can stop sharing that information with us at any time by disconnecting the link to your Facebook account on our Site.

When You Make Payments For Our Website Membership
When joining Equine Mind Coach paid subscription service, we store your Credit Card or payment details in order to make monthly subscription payments that occur automatically. We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to process these payments. We also store your shipping details that you provide during the payment process. We keep this to help verify your Credit Card details.

When You Contact Us For Help
Whenever you contact Equine Mind Coach for assistance or advice, we collect your name and email address along with any additional information you provide in your request and store it on our servers in order to provide you with customer service and to improve the Online Gym Service. You can also contact Online Gym through public forums such as Twitter or Facebook; however, we cannot maintain the privacy of your communication to us if you contact us through these channels.

When You Complete A Questionnaire or Survey
The Online Gym website provides Questionnaires to help the user determine where they are lacking in their health and fitness, and where they can improve. This information is stored on our servers and associated with your membership account. By completing any questionnaire and submitting the answers, you are agreeing for this information to be analysed by our Online Gym qualified Personal Trainers to provide help and guidance from the results. The results of your questionnaire will never be made public in a way that you can be personally identified and tied to the results.

When You Buy a Product
When you purchase a product from us, we will collect your name, address and contact details, as well as shipping address details for where you would like us to deliver your product. We use a third-party payment processor (eWay) to process your payment, and store your Credit Card details for any future payment you wish to make. You can contact us at any time to ask us to remove your Credit Card details from being stored.
When You Request An Educational PDF Resource
For us to send you the PDF resource you requested, we ask for your name and email address to send it to.
How We Use Your Data

For example, if you are an Online Gym member, knowing what video workouts you have already viewed and having them automatically displayed in your Online Gym diary allows you to keep track of your progress. Aggregating your data allows you to see trends and ways you might be able to improve your health.
To maintain integrity: We use your data to troubleshoot the Online Gym Service, enforce the Online Gym Terms of Use, and/or detect and protect against error, fraud or other criminal activity.

We will never ask you to send secure information, such as card numbers etc, via email.

In order to maintain the security of our website, we employ security software programs that will monitor network traffic.  This software operates by creating summaries of visitors to our website and their habits.  It also identifies any issues the website may be having with performance etc. This is for the purpose of identifying any unauthorised attempts to maliciously change, acquire or upload information.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

The Use of Pixels and Cookies on Our Website

The Equine Mind Coach website is similar to most other commercial websites in how we use a standard technology called “cookies”.  These, along with server logs, collect relevant information for us about how our site is used. This information can include, but is not limited to, the date and time of visits, specific pages viewed, how long a person spends on our website, and the websites visited immediately before and after ours. This information also includes your IP address.

Along with cookies, Equine Mind Coach reserves the right to use other technological equivalents of cookies, including but not limited to social media pixels. These pixels allow specific social media sites to track visitors to outside websites, such as Equine Mind Coach, and then show specific advertising messages to those users while they are visiting that social media platform.  Each social media site has certain compliance policies which Equine Mind Coach will be compliant with.
